This has resulted in a wide variety of dire issues for themFormulating the relation of human and the nature since 19th became the crux of the matter for the community and the politics in the world, especially in advanced countries. Since then, tens of thousands of conferences, including Stockholm' conference in 1971 and Rio de Janeiro's conference have shaped to cope with ecological risks. Beside these governmental players, other groups, particularly environmental social movements have played a leading role in this case. These movements in 1960 shaped in the western world and spread all over the world and these days no one dares to deny the importance of their part. but these movements are more important in industrialized countries compared to third world comminutes. Thus, the main question of this article is analyzing and finding the main reasons of mentioned developments in the western countries. To respond to this question, we are going to exam following assumption: it's crystal clear that political culture, especially civic political culture has played c crucial role in creating, growing, continuing and changing the nature og mentioned movements to a great extent. Methodical research in this essay is descriptive-analytical. The ways of collecting data are using various books and utilizing net - based recourses محیط زیست همواره یکی از مهمترین عناصر زندگی بشر در طول تاریخ بوده است با گذشت زمان و تکامل انسان، روابط انسان و طبیعت تغییر چشمگیری یافت و اکنون منجر به سلطه انسان بر طبیعت و تغییر شکل ان توسط بشر شده است و این امر باعث ایجاد مشکلات و تهدیداتی برای نسل بشر شده است . تنظیم رابطه میان انسان و طبیعت از قرن 19 به دغدغه یی برای جامعه و سیاست در جهان به ویژه جهان توسعه یافته تبدیل شد و از ان به بعد نشست های مختلف بین المللی و ملی برای ایجاد راه مشترک جهت غلبه بر بحرانهای زیست محیطی شکل گرفته از جمله برگزاری کنفرانس استکلهم در سال 1971 و نشست ریو در برزیل در سال 1991 . در کنار این نهادها، بازیگران دیگری نیز وارد این عرصه شده اند؛ جنبش های جدید اجتماعی به ویژه جنبش های زیست محیطی، این جنبش ها از 1960 به بعد در کشورهای توسعه یافته به وجود آمده اند و برخلاف کشورهای جهان سوم، گسترش زیادی پیدا کرده اند . لذا سوال اصلی ما در این مقاله ریشه سابی و یافتن علل این تحول در دنیای غرب است. برای پاسخ به این سوال فرضیه ذیل را به سنجش می گذاریم: به نظر می رسد عامل فرهنگ سیاسی به ویژه فرهنگ سیاسی مشارکتی زمینه ایجاد، رشد ، تداوم و تحول این جنبش ها را فراهم کرده است. روش پژوهش در این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخامه ای و استفاده از منابع اینترنتی می باشد. https://appliedpolitics.ihcs.ac.ir/article_8695_5f0453f78909173a7ce2eb874d2a7f52.pdf
